Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy services.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

I only provide online therapy (video and phone) through Rula. I do not offer in-person sessions.
Yes. I accept insurance through Rula. When you book through my Rula profile, you can verify your coverage and see your expected cost before your first session.
Session cost and payment are handled through Rula — check my Rula profile for current rates and your expected cost.
Cancellations follow Rula's policy. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, or not showing up, incurs a $99 late-cancellation/no-show fee. An appointment counts as a no-show if you're more than 15 minutes late to a first session or 10 minutes late to a follow-up. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before your next appointment.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
During our first session, I invite you to share as much as you want and feel comfortable about yourself. I'd like to know your goals for treatment as well as when you would know that therapy is over for you. You can feel free to ask me questions you might have. My approach is open-ended, I value free association and generally let the client lead the way.
We meet once a week. Typically at the same time and day but can be flexible around that depending on your unique situation.
